Your Legal Issues Are Our Business.

Criminal Defense

Criminal Defense litigation involves individuals or companies who have been arrested or charged with a misdemeanor or felony offense. These cases require the immediate assistance of a committed criminal defense attorney who can aggressively investigate the facts and protect the client’s Constitutional Rights from being lost forever.

Dangerous property conditions can lead to accidents that result in injuries or wrongful death. Property owners have a responsibility to ensure that all premises are freed from hazardous conditions that could lead to a slip and fall accident or from dangerous crimes that could arise from inadequate security.

A breach of duty occurs when the fiduciary commits misrepresentation, nondisclosures, fraudulent or self-interested behavior, or negligence. Fiduciary is the term used for representatives, advisors, or directors who maintain a legal relationship with another person usually involving control over personal information or finances.

Personal injury law, also known as tort law, involves areas of civil wrongdoing that result in the injury or death of a person due to the carelessness or negligence of someone else. These cases range in severity and can cause minor injuries to catastrophic injuries or wrongful death.
